A: If you have layout or house plan drawing please send us,if not please let me know the dimension of the floor to floor height and dimension of the stairwell.
Q: Have you made some project in our local? Do you know our building code and local standard?
A: We have finished house project in exceed 40 country so we well know the building code & standard.
Q: Does your products have any certification?
A: If your project in Australia we promise all of our glass should have AS/NZS 2208 mark. If your project local in America, our products will have CE certification.
Q: If we buy building materials from you, is it hard to install by ourselves?
A: All of our products easy to install and no need weld,we 100% sure you can install it without any problem.
Q: Do you have any installation guide/drawing for us?
A: We will send you detail installation manual and drawing,if you still not understand we can show you the installation video.
